The Nursing CDA is a community organization bridging the gap between future and current nurses. The group encourages the advancement of the nursing by inspiring and fostering relationships between inner city, rural, urban youth. The association also promotes current nurses becoming more influential and authoritative in the healthcare industry. Allowing them to take their careers to another level and paying it forward to the next generation – through sharing their experiences and mentorships.
